China announces sanctions on U.S. military-industrial enterprises.

The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued the "Decision on Countermeasures Against U.S. Military-Industrial Enterprises and Senior Executives" on [date] [month] [year], which came into effect on [date] [month] [year].

The United States recently announced a large-scale arms sale to the Taiwan region of China, which severely violates the One-China Principle and the three China-U.S. joint communiqués, constitutes serious interference in China's internal affairs, and undermines China's sovereignty and territorial integrity. In accordance with Articles 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, and 15 of the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China, China has decided to impose countermeasures against the following U.S. defense-related companies and senior executives.

Countermeasures

I. For enterprises such as Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Harris Maritime Services, Boeing's St. Louis, Missouri branch, Gibbs & Cox, Advanced Acoustic Concepts LLC, Sierra Technical Services, Red Cat Holdings, Teal Drones, ReconCraft LLC, High Point Aerotechnologies, Epirus, Dedrone, Area-I, BlueHalo, SubUAS, Vantage Robotics, IntelliVision, Diamond Force, and Lazarus AI, which are listed in the attached "Countermeasures List," freeze all movable property, immovable property, and other types of assets within China; prohibit organizations and individuals within China from engaging in transactions, cooperation, and other related activities with them.

II. For Palmer Luckey (Founder of Anduril Industries), John Cantillon (Vice President of Harris Technical Services, Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Harris Maritime Services), Michael Canoville (President and CEO of Advanced Acoustic Concepts LLC), John Coomer (President and CEO of the company), Mitch McDonald (President of Thales UAS), Anshuman Roy (Founder and CEO of Diamond Force), Dan Smoot (President and CEO of Vantage Robotics), Aditya Devarkonda (CEO of Dedrone), Ann Wood (President of High Point Aerotechnologies), and Jay Hauflecht (Co-founder and CEO of Recon Boats LLC), among other senior executives of enterprises listed in the "Countermeasures List," freeze the movable property, immovable property, and all other types of assets within China; prohibit organizations and individuals within China from engaging in transactions, cooperation, and other activities with them; and deny them visas and entry (including to Hong Kong and Macao).
