Geopolitical Writer / Regional Analyst
What you will do
- Write high-quality geopolitical analysis (deep dives, event briefs, OSINT compilations).
- Track security posture, policy shifts and strategic developments in your region of expertise.
- Use open-source intelligence (OSINT) for assessment and trend analysis.
- Aim for 1,500–3,000 words per piece, with depth and timeliness.
You probably have
- Background in international relations, political science, security studies or a related field.
- Deep familiarity with a specific region (e.g. East Asia, Middle East, Eastern Europe).
- Strong written English (other languages are a plus).
- Comfort with OSINT methodology preferred.
Engagement and pay
Flat fee per published piece, with a performance bonus tied to readership and conversion metrics.
Combination of fixed fee and revenue share, suitable for longer or thematic features. Negotiated case by case.
Payable in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT) or by conventional means; agreed during onboarding.
