据“铜仁法院”微信公众号26日消息，2月26日，贵州省铜仁市中级人民法院一审公开宣判贵州省公安厅交通管理局原党委书记、局长施长征Bribery, embezzlement, illegal possession of ammunition一案，对被告人施长征以受贿罪判处有期徒刑十一年，并处罚金人民币一百万元；以贪污罪判处有期徒刑六个月，并处罚金人民币十万元；以非法持有弹药罪，判处有期徒刑一年六个月；After combining the penalties for multiple offenses, it is decided to impose a fixed-term imprisonment of twelve years and a fine of RMB 1.1 million.。对被告人施长征犯罪所得财物及其孳息依法追缴，上缴国库或返还被害单位；对涉案弹药依法予以没收。
