The cases released this time, including the fraud case involving defendant Huang and others, as well as the fraud and organizing others to illegally cross the national border case involving defendant Yu, demonstrate a firm commitment to severe punishment in accordance with the law. The defendants in these cases went abroad to establish telecommunications and online fraud criminal syndicates, all serving as principal offenders. Yu was additionally involved in organizing numerous individuals to commit crimes overseas, and all were sentenced to the maximum penalty of life imprisonment as stipulated by law. In the released fraud case involving defendant Yang and others, Yang, who had previously been convicted for telecommunications and online fraud, resumed criminal activities and was severely punished according to the law.

聚焦未成年人保护近年来，有的诈骗组织采用多种手段拉拢、引诱未成年人、在校学生作为实施犯罪的"工具人"，或者针对未成年人、在校学生实施诈骗，社会危害严重，人民群众反映强烈，必须依法严惩。此次发布的被告人肖某诚等人诈骗案，被告人招募、利用未成年人实施电信网络诈骗犯罪，人民法院对相关被告人依法从重处罚，为未成年人健康成长提供有力司法保障。
