2025年2月24日，江苏省南通市中级人民法院一审公开宣判四川省政协原党组成员、副主席杨克宁受贿、非法持有枪支、弹药案，The defendant Yang Kening was sentenced to 15 years in prison for the crime of bribery and fined 4 million yuan, and sentenced to 2 years in prison for the crime of illegal possession of firearms and ammunition, with a combined punishment of 16 years in prison and a fine of 4 million yuan. The seized proceeds and fruits of Yang Kening's bribery crimes were confiscated and turned over to the state treasury in accordance with the law, and any shortfall will continue to be recovered.

After trial, it was found that from year to year, the defendant Yang Kening, taking advantage of his positions as the Secretary of the Rangtang County Committee of the Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province, Standing Committee Member and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of the Aba Prefecture Committee, Chairman of the Aba Prefecture Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Deputy Secretary of the Aba Prefecture Committee and Governor of the Prefecture, as well as Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the CPPCC, provided assistance to relevant units and individuals in matters such as project contracting and business operations. He illegally accepted property equivalent to more than RMB million yuan in total. From year to year, Yang Kening illegally obtained firearms and ammunition, storing them at his residence, which constituted a serious offense.

南通市中级人民法院认为，被告人杨克宁的行为构成受贿罪、非法持有枪支、弹药罪，其受贿数额特别巨大，非法持有枪支、弹药情节严重，均应依法惩处，并予数罪并罚。鉴于其受贿犯罪中有未遂情节；到案后如实供述自己罪行，主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的非法持有枪支、弹药事实和绝大部分受贿事实，其非法持有枪支、弹药罪构成自首；认罪悔罪，积极退赃，受贿赃款赃物及孳息已大部分追缴到案，具有法定、酌定从轻、减轻处罚情节，依法可以对其受贿罪从轻处罚，对非法持有枪支、弹药罪减轻处罚。法庭遂作出上述判决。 来源：央视新闻客户端
