美乌最新协议曝光：乌克兰向基金注资，美国拥有%的权益

新的协议文件还涉及对俄占土地资源收入的规定：Once Ukraine regains its territories, a percentage of the resource revenues generated from these lands will be injected into this fund.。目前，俄罗斯控制了乌克兰约五分之一的土地，包括资源丰富的顿巴斯地区的很大一部分。
目前尚不清楚乌克兰是否能够满足特朗普政府提出的条款。

据报道，泽连斯基强调，“Ukraine is prepared to reach a strong and genuinely beneficial agreement with the U.S. President on investment and security issues.。”
