Tan Chengxu also exchanged views with the attending leaders on key issues concerning the high-quality development of the steel industry, such as expediting the implementation of the new capacity management mechanism, accelerating ultra-low emission upgrades, and supporting mergers, restructuring, and the integrated development of enterprise reform.

He Wenbo expressed gratitude to Chairman Tan Chengxu for personally visiting the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) to convey the key messages of the General Secretary's important speech. He noted that while the association had already organized its staff to study the speech last week, Chairman Tan's face-to-face briefing made the content more vivid and relatable. This further strengthened their confidence in facing and overcoming challenges, and ignited the enthusiasm of all employees to strive for excellence and drive the industry forward.

All full-time staff of the association will be guided by the important speech of the General Secretary, adopt a pragmatic and responsible attitude, and stand united with Angang Group and all member enterprises in the industry. Together, we will live up to the General Secretary's earnest expectations for the steel industry, jointly create a new chapter of high-quality development for China's steel sector, and strengthen the steel backbone of Chinese modernization.
