National security authorities have discovered through investigation that a domestic account named "Winter Night" on a social media platform has been frequently communicating with personnel from foreign espionage agencies. This account has repeatedly transmitted information, including the deployment locations, weapon configurations, and camp environments of troops in a certain border region of our country, to foreign espionage agencies in the form of photos or videos.

Upon investigation, it was found that the mobile number registered to the account "Winter Night" belonged to an octogenarian living thousands of miles away from the jurisdiction, who did not have the means to commit the crime. The actual user of the account was someone else. To bring "Winter Night" to light as quickly as possible, officers from the national security agency meticulously sifted through vast amounts of data and followed the trail, enduring countless dead ends before finally identifying the suspect, Ni.

Ni had served in the military for two years but was discharged early due to disciplinary issues. He possessed certain counter-surveillance skills, and his elusive movements made the arrest operation more challenging. Just as the arrest efforts seemed to be at a standstill, officers from the national security agency intercepted instructions from a foreign espionage agency, ordering Ni to infiltrate a military base to steal classified information.
