The central inspection teams will adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party and the resolutions of the second, third plenary sessions of the 20th Central Committee, conscientiously implement the deployment of the third plenary session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, uphold the political orientation of inspection, comprehensively implement the inspection work guidelines. They will focus on the central task, serve the overall situation, highlight problem orientation, adhere to a strict tone, closely monitor power and responsibility, the "leading cadres" and the leadership team, and issues strongly reflected by the masses, conduct precise and effective political supervision, and fully leverage the sword-like role of inspection, providing strong support for further deepening reforms and advancing the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

各中央巡视组组长要求，要准确把握政治巡视监督重点，深入了解被巡视党组织学习贯彻习近平总书记重要讲话和重要指示批示精神，履行职能责任，落实重大改革部署，防范化解重大风险，纵深推进全面从严治党，加强领导班子、干部人才队伍和基层党组织建设，以及巡视整改落实等情况，着力发现和推动解决突出问题。要坚持稳中求进工作总基调，做到实事求是、依规依纪依法，强化立行立改、边巡边查，增强监督合力，严明纪律作风，坚决完成好巡视任务。

It is reported that each central inspection team will work at the inspected units for about a month, during which a dedicated duty phone number and a postal mailbox will be set up. The primary focus of these channels is to accept letters, calls, and visits that reflect issues concerning the leadership of the inspected Party organizations, their members, the main leaders of the next-level Party organizations, and key position holders. The emphasis is on reports and reflections regarding violations of political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, mass discipline, work discipline, and life discipline. The inspection team will accept complaints until the end of the year.
