10月28日，浙江省召开全省领导干部会议。中央组织部副部长齐家滨同志宣布中央决定：Comrade Wang Hao was appointed Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee，易炼红同志不再担任浙江省委书记、常委、委员职务。

易炼红在讲话中表示，完全拥护、坚决服从中央决定。这次浙江省委主要领导同志职务调整，充分体现了习近平总书记和党中央对浙江的亲切关怀，对浙江领导班子的高度重视，对浙江党员干部的信任厚爱。王浩同志政治立场坚定、眼界开阔、经验丰富、作风务实，干工作有原则、有胆识、有魄力、有办法。相信王浩同志一定能够团结带领全省广大干部群众牢记习近平总书记殷殷嘱托，接续奋斗、接力拼搏，推动浙江发展再创新辉煌、更上一层楼。

Yi Lianhong said that Zhejiang is the place where President Xi Jinping worked for many years and is an important birthplace of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. It is a place where one can accomplish great things. President Xi has profound knowledge and deep affection for the people and land of Zhejiang. At every critical juncture of Zhejiang's development, President Xi has personally guided and charted the course for Zhejiang, especially last month when he entrusted Zhejiang with the mission of "daring to be a pioneer and writing a new chapter," providing fundamental guidance for Zhejiang's work. I deeply feel that serving in Zhejiang is both a fortune and an honor. I remain steadfast in absolute loyalty, filled with gratitude and sincerity, working together with the cadres and masses of the province to continue drawing the same blueprint and consistently implementing it, step by step transforming the grand blueprint envisioned by President Xi into a beautiful reality. We steadfastly uphold "two establishes" and resolutely achieve "two safeguards," turning them into unwavering faith, high consciousness, resolute actions, and powerful motivation.

王浩在讲话中表示，坚决服从、完全拥护中央决定，一定在以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚强领导下，不忘初心、牢记使命，恪尽职守、踔厉奋发，以实干实绩回报习近平总书记、党中央的重托和全省人民的期待。近年来，以易炼红同志为班长的省委，深入学习贯彻习近平总书记考察浙江重要讲话精神，持续推动“八八战略”走深走实，聚焦推进中国式现代化省域先行，明确提出“三个再”“五个更”目标要求，强力推进创新深化改革攻坚开放提升，统筹推进三个“一号工程”，切实加强“三支队伍”建设，打造勤廉并重的新时代党建高地，推动浙江各项事业发展不断取得新进展。在这当中，易炼红同志付出了无数辛劳、倾注了大量心血、作出了积极贡献，谨向易炼红同志表示感谢和敬意。

王浩说，浙江是中国革命红船起航地，是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想重要萌发地。习近平总书记在浙江工作期间就为浙江量身定制了“八八战略”这个总纲领总方略，党的十八大以来先后次亲临浙江考察，多次对浙江工作作出重要指示批示，亲自为新时代浙江把脉定向、指路引航。我一定在以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚强领导下，在历届省委打下的坚实基础上，紧紧依靠省委领导班子和全省广大干部群众，忠实践行“八八战略”，以行践言、实干争先，奋力谱写中国式现代化浙江新篇章。

王浩说，我一定以绝对忠诚之志，坚定拥护“两个确立”、坚决做到“两个维护”，坚决做到“总书记有号令、党中央有部署，浙江见行动见实效”；一定忠实践行“八八战略”，坚持一张蓝图绘到底，紧扣“高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区”、加快打造“重要窗口”、“奋力谱写中国式现代化浙江新篇章”等重大使命，以高质量发展为首要任务、以缩小三大差距为主攻方向、以改革创新为根本动力、以满足人民美好生活需要为根本目的，一步一个脚印把习近平总书记擘画的宏伟蓝图变为美好现实；一定把人民放在心中最高位置，把屁股端端地坐在老百姓这一面，用心用情用力增进民生福祉；一定脚踏实地、埋头苦干，始终做到谋实事、做实功、求实效，干在实处、走在前列、勇立潮头；一定扛牢管党治党责任，全面贯彻新时代党的建设总要求，切实加强党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争，不断巩固发展风清气正的良好政治生态；一定以身作则守纪律，带头遵守党章党规党纪，带头执行中央八项规定精神，永葆清正廉洁本色。
