On March 12, 2026, information broker and threat actor JRINTEL (also known as jrintel / JR Intel) publicly leaked [UAE] Classified MoD Cyber Center Defense Documents. The data pertains to confidential documents from the UAE Ministry of Defense's Cyber Center. The leaked files consist of an archive named UAE.rar (68.6 MB), containing multiple internal PowerPoint proposals (file names include Cyber Enablement Proposal_Adam Version.pptx, Cyber Proposal_v2.0.pptx, Cyber Proposal_v4.5.pptx), spanning from 2021 to March 12, 2026.
The files detail the complete roadmap for building offensive capabilities in the fifth domain (cyberspace) for the UAE Ministry of Defense (MoD) Cyber Center, including the Emiratization training program, zero-day vulnerability cultivation, secret acquisition strategies targeting US companies, and annual budgets.
Also included is a photograph of Lockheed Martin officials with UAE officials along with related news screenshots.
This leak not only exposes the core of the UAE's cyber strategy but also provides actionable intelligence for regional adversaries (particularly Iran-backed APT groups), potentially triggering targeted attacks or a diplomatic crisis.
