On February 5, 2026, hackers claimed to have leaked cybersecurity CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) training materials contracted by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). The leaked content includes the CMMC Accreditation Body's (CMMC-AB) Registered Practitioner Foundation Course modules, individual completion certificates, relevant clauses from the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and an access control policy document from an entity named DoD Supply Company. These files contain potentially sensitive information, such as personal names, internal account details, device identifiers, and CMMC Level 1 implementation guidance, which could pose risks to the security of the defense supply chain.
